Customer Service / Sales Support

Description: This is a full time Customer Service / Sales Support position.

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 hourly, depending on experience. Plus benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional overtime and weekends
may be required on an approved basis.

Qualification Requirements: Good communication skills, friendly, customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Summary: Direct communication with customers, sales people, vendors, production and warehouse personnel daily; via phone, email and in person. Fielding orders, entering orders into SAGE, tracking order production, etc. Providing assistance to the sales force in order to produce increased sales volume.
