Position Title: Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
Starting Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, In-Person
Job Description
MPC is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This full-time position is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by managing incoming stock, pulling correct items for custom production orders, and accurately preparing shipments. A WarehouseFulfillment Associate will be responsible for various duties that support daily operations and order fulfillment. Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required on an approved basis.
Key Responsibilities & Duties – Include, but are not limited to:
• Stocking & Organization – receive incoming inventory, inspecting for quality and stocking in their designated location
• Order Picking & Packing – Pull orders from shelf inventory, securely pack for fulfillment
• Warehouse Maintenance – keep a safe, clean, and organized warehouse area
• Inventory Control – assist with routine inventory counts
• Safety Compliance – follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, inventory management, or retail stockroom is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
• Reliable work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often deadline-driven production environment
• Must be able to lift to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
